The prices displayed are net prices and do not include tax (VAT).
Billing is calculated per half-hour increment, and any pre-paid service packages are valid for a period of one year from the date of purchase.

This package provides guaranteed, dedicated resources and the necessary infrastructure for the smooth operation of your eYssen/Odoo system:
- Dedicated Compute Resources: Guaranteed CPU and Memory for the Odoo application container (within a Kubernetes cluster), plus access to a browser-based VS Code development environment.
- PostgreSQL Database Cluster*: A separate, optimized cluster with its own CPU/Memory resources for fast and stable data management, scaled according to your evolving needs.
- Data Storage Cluster (NFS): Flexible, usage-based billed NFS file storage for persistent data.

PostgreSQL Note: *The PostgreSQL load (CPU/Memory) is not billed separately, as sufficient resources are allocated to handle standard application usage. However, in the event of exceptionally high database load, we reserve the right to adjust the pricing.

The suggested resource allocations (CPU and Memory) are calculated based on standard Odoo usage and typical internal operations. Environments with high-traffic websites, e-commerce stores, or extensive concurrent processes will inherently require and consume substantially more resources to maintain optimal performance.

For certain tasks (such as general onboarding or support), it is possible to request the assistance of a Junior Consultant. In this case, only 70% of the working time is charged. If the Junior Consultant is unable to provide an immediate answer, they will research the matter and follow up with you — naturally, this additional effort is not billed from your time.
